The Association Celebrates 40 years of Service to Stroke in NSW

On the 25th May 2017 the Stroke Recovery Association held a Stroke Conference to celebrate 40 years of Service to Stroke in NSW.  Unfortunately our Founding President Mrs Anita Rosenberg had passed away in 2011, but we were thrilled to host two of our founding members and many of our life members.  The majority of our Stroke Recovery  Clubs were represented with many travelling long distances.  Club members from as far away as Broken Hill, Tamworth and Ulladulla were present to join over 100 other members of the Association to mark this very special occasion.

Founding members Ros Oliver and Allen Roaenberg joined His Excellency General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret'd) Governor of New South Wales to open the conference.
